General
These Terms of Use have been executed and delivered by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and cocooz, enforceable against you in accordance with their terms. You represent that (1) you are at least 18 years of age, (2) you are not incapacitated to form a binding contract, (3) in case you are registering as a member on behalf of a corporate body, you represent that you have the requisite authority to bind such corporate body and (3) that all of the information, data and other materials you provide on this Site or to cocooz through any other means are true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for updating and correcting the information you have provided on this Site, as appropriate.
You shall establish and use your membership on the Site, and purchase and use the products and services available through the Site in strict compliance with these Terms of Use and all applicable policies, laws, rules and regulations. All calls, emails and other communications between you and cocooz may be recorded.
Membership
- Establishing a Membership
You may establish membership on the Site. At a minimum, enrolment requires you to (1) indicate agreement to these Terms of Use and the Product Policy, (2) provide contact information and identification details, and(3) submit any other form of authentication required as part of the enrolment process, in Cocooz’s sole discretion. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account. We shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of your account with Cocooz which may result from any failure by you to protect the confidentiality of your account details.
You agree that having multiple accounts on the Website is a violation of these Terms of Use and that sending invites to alternate email addresses or accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent the Referral Credit Program available on the Site (details available in the Product Policy), without limiting any other Cocooz’s rights or remedies, shall result in forfeiture of your membership and all referral credits in your account.
- Use of Membership
You shall not use your Cocooz membership for any purpose competitive to Cocooz. You will notify Cocooz immediately by emailing [email protected] of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Cocooz membership or the Site known to you, whether by you or a third party.
- Membership Termination
You may cancel your Cocooz membership at any time by contacting Cocooz customer support as specified on the “Contact Us” page on the Site. Cocooz may terminate your membership and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site or other services, or any portion thereof, (1) in order to comply with applicable laws, (2) if you provide any information that Cocooz determines, in its sole discretion, to be untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or if the information becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), (3) if Cocooz determines, in its sole discretion, that you are using your Cocooz membership in a manner not permitted by these Terms of Use, or (4) in other circumstances, as Cocooz deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in these terms of use, or required by applicable law, Cocooz makes no representations, covenants or warranties and offers no other conditions, express or implied, regarding any matter,
including, without limitation, the merchantability, suitability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, or non-infringement of Cocooz membership, any content on the site, or any products or services purchased through the site, as well as
warranties implied from a course of performance or course of dealing.
Your use of this site is at your sole risk. the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the site or any feature or part thereof at any time. Cocooz disclaims any
warranties that access to the site will be uninterrupted or error-free; that the site will be secure; that the site or the server that makes the site available will be virus-free; or that information on the site will be correct, accurate, adequate, useful, timely, reliable or otherwise complete. if you download any content from this site, you do so at your own discretion and risk. you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such content. no advice or information obtained by you from the site shall create any warranty of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the site is at your own risk and that the site is made available to you at no charge. Assignment

Severability

Effect of termination/survival of selected provisions
Notwithstanding the expiration or earlier termination of your Cocooz membership, or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of these Terms of Use that impose or contemplate continuing obligations or rights of a party will survive expiration or termination of these Terms of Use.
